Stressor Stroll: Eyes on Ergonomics is an interactive, onsite workshop designed to help organizations identify ergonomic stressors and understand their impact on employee well-being and business performance. Identifying these issues is the essential first step in prioritizing improvements that reduce musculoskeletal disorder (MSD) risk and enhance process efficiency.

During this hands-on session, participants learn to:

  • Define ergonomics and understand its value and benefits
  • Recognize common ergonomic stressors that may lead to injuries
  • Appreciate how stressors influence employee comfort, productivity, and operational metrics
  • Identify ergonomic issues during a structured walk-through of their own facility
  • Understand the hierarchy of ergonomic controls and how they apply in real settings
