Cancellation/Refund Policies

Guidelines in case you need to cancel a workshop registration

Participants may transfer their registration to another TEC workshop, or to another attendee at no charge, provided the request is submitted at least 10 business days prior to the training start date. Transfers are subject to availability and must be used within the membership terms, or university’s fiscal year.

Written cancellations received less than 10 business days prior to the start of the workshop will incur a 15% administrative fee. Failure to provide written notice prior to the workshop will result in forfeiture of the registration fee.

TEC reserves the right to cancel any workshop. In this case, the entire registration fee will be refunded.  The Center is not responsible for nonrefundable hotel or transportation reservations should workshops be canceled.
