In-Person Office Ergonomics Evaluations

Designed for employees working on-site, our in-person evaluations offer a hands-on assessment of workstation fit, posture, equipment placement, workflow, and work habits. Each evaluation includes immediate coaching and practical adjustments to improve comfort, reduce musculoskeletal strain, and support long-term productivity.

Virtual Home Office Evaluations

Employees working from home face unique ergonomic challenges—limited space, improvised furniture, or makeshift equipment setups. Our virtual evaluations provide personalized support for improving comfort, minimizing injury risk, and enhancing productivity in any home office environment.

We offer three tiers to fit different needs and levels of detail:

Abbreviated Office Evaluation

Ideal for individuals seeking quick, effective guidance for a semi-permanent or permanent home office setup.

This streamlined evaluation provides essential recommendations that can be implemented immediately.

It Includes:

  • 30–60 minute virtual session
  • Review of workstation setup, posture, and equipment use
  • Email summary of general recommendations
  • Guidance on work habits, furniture adjustments, and peripheral equipment

Standard Office Evaluation

Designed for employees with a permanent home office who want more depth, documentation, and purchasing support.

This option delivers a more detailed analysis and a customized report to support sustainable ergonomic improvements.

It Includes:

  • 30–60 minute virtual session
  • Education on ergonomic principles and healthy work practices
  • Assessment of furniture, equipment, reach zones, and posture
  • Detailed written report outlining changes made during the session
  • Personalized recommendations for work habits, furniture, and peripherals
  • Purchasing guidance where appropriate

Full Office Evaluation (Including ADA Evaluations)

Our most comprehensive option, ideal for employees needing additional support, follow-up, or ADA-related accommodations.

This tier offers full documentation, detailed recommendations, purchasing guidance, and optional follow-up verification to ensure solutions are working as intended.

It Includes:

  • 30–60 minute virtual evaluation
  • Thorough education on ergonomics and work strategies
  • Detailed written report documenting changes and personalized recommendations
  • Guidance on equipment and furniture selection
  • Optional virtual follow-up session to confirm that implemented solutions are effective
  • ADA-related evaluations and documentation (provided exclusively with Tier 3)
