Office Ergonomics Awareness Training
This one-hour session provides employees with a practical introduction to ergonomics and their role in supporting a safer, more comfortable workplace. Through relatable examples and actionable guidance, participants learn how to recognize risks, adjust their workstations, and contribute to early reporting and injury prevention.
After attending, participants will be able to:
- Define ergonomics and why it is important
- Identify risk factors in the office environment, both at home and in the office
- Explain the importance of working in neutral postures and how it affects muscle fatigue
- Understand how to adjust equipment to the user
- Describe simple approaches to improve ergonomics in the office workplace
