Jeff Hoyle, Director of Ergonomic Services, has been awarded the Outstanding Extension Award recognizes excellent performance by NC State faculty and staff members. It holds the same honor as the University’s Outstanding Teaching Award. Jeff received this award for his passion, dedication, and drive to educate and assist others in making the workplace safer. As the Director of Ergonomic Services since 2012, Hoyle wears many hats, including a manager, salesman, project manager, instructor, researcher and consultant. “He has been and continues to be instrumental in the active operation and growth of the Center and its mission to provide companies with the expertise to improve their ergonomics cultures and optimize business performance,” shared Julia Abate, executive director of the Center. “He is a well-respected leader in the field of ergonomics.”
